On Thursday 30th June we're holding a chocolate tasting evening where you'll have the chance to sample some of the world's best chocolate from leading producers in the UK, Europe and around the globe.
 
The evening will start with a brief history of chocolate from the cocoa bean and its Aztec origins, through the fashionable chocolate houses of 17th and 18th century Europe, to its modern day production

Then you'll learn about what makes a really good bar of chocolate taste so different from a mass-produced cheaper bar - from the choice of ingredient to production techniques, all designed to make the perfect bar!

Finally (and by this point we hope your mouth will be watering), there'll be plenty of opportunity to try some delicious specialities - including Michel Cluizel and Grenada Chocolate bars, recently included in the Times' list of the world's greatest chocolate.

Priced at £10 per person including a welcome glass of wine, complimentary tea and coffee and a delicious bag of goodies to take home!
